The Foundation of Selfworks
A little more about me...
I brings a fresh, youthful energy to the world of personal development. My background in music, personal experience with neurodiversity, and identity as a non-binary trans person have all shaped my journey—and coaching style—in meaningful ways.
I have lived experiences enables me to connect deeply with people from all walks of life, especially those navigating challenges around self-worth, identity, and belonging. I am especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse communities, offering a unique blend of creativity, insight, and compassion in my coaching.
Background
Before founding Selfworks, I worked across community wellbeing and youth development, supporting people to overcome barriers and reconnect with their sense of purpose. With a background in Child and Youth Studies, trauma-informed training. I support people to grow, heal, and thrive. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity — values that shape every coaching conversation.
Now through Selfworks, I combine my knowledge and skills as an accredited Transformational Life Coach and NLP Practitioner with a creative, intuitive approach — helping people reset, realign, and return to their most authentic selves.
